However, Danish, another staff, took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger available room seeing that I was so exhausted from my flight earlier. Not only that, he even gave me some incredible recommendations as to where I shall visit throughout my stay. Thank you again for making my trip amazing Danish! ”

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……
