「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. They didn’t skimp on the bedding here. There was also complimentary coffee and juice and water 24/7plus a small snack bar. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver friendly and helpful even at 5 am. We will definitely book here again. 」
