"Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm."

"GREAT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. DAVID AND SAMANTHA AT FRONT DESK WERE EXTREMELY WARM, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SOMETIMES A DECISION OF WHETHER OR NOT TO STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN COMES FROM HOW WELL THE GUEST IS WELCOMED AT FIRST CHECK-IN. DAVID AND SAMANTHA WERE BOTH FANTASTIC. AND FOR THAT REASON I WILL BE RETURNING TO YOUR BEND OREGON HOTEL!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! "
