“马桶只要扔一张卫生纸纸就堵上，非常难用。 入住的时候前台给错房间，给的低一级的房间，住到一半被告知给错了房间，可以换去正确的房间，嫌麻烦不换房间的话拒绝退差额！ 上班时间主持电话会议的时候酒店不停打电话到房间问一些乱七八糟的事。 开会时房间外有请勿打扰的灯，服务员很清楚看到了请勿打扰的灯，仍然在外面使劲敲门，并在未允许进入的情况下擅自闯入房间打扫卫生，打断两次国际会议，多次驱赶才赶走！参加电话会议的人都惊呆了！”

“I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. ”
