“Nice hotwl, good service”

“我的房间阳光不充足，其它都好”

“Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta was excellent, and almost everything was perfect. However, the experience was seriously let down by the night-shift staff, whose attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. On our first night, when we arrived at our booked room, we were told that we were being upgraded. In reality, we were given a room with a very poor view at the back of the building, overlooking construction work, with practically nothing pleasant to look at.……

“Right in front of bus stop to airport, clean and spacious room, have a small pool and close to a beach”

“We had a decent stay but there were a few issues. The room had an odor and the safety light would turn on whenever we moved in bed, which was disruptive at night. We did mention both issues to the hotel but they were not resolved during our stay. Also, the pool requires a reservation 24 hours in advance to get a sun-bed, which was inconvenient.”

“All was good! Staff perfect Cleaning perfect Mentenance good Food: dinner menu not to may choice Location perfect”

“前台，早餐员工，非常友好专业。服务很好。”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended”

“Great location, great staff, they have a rooftop pool, the staff is SO nice and hospitable. I would stay here again and again! I loved it here so much.”

“Facilities are modern, new and clean. ”

“The hotel overall was stunning especially the indoor pool but the room was one of the worst laid out i have stayed in with no desk area and the sink for bathroom in the middle of the room, no privacy. We had no window which made the room feel small and stuff despite it being a king room, felt like it had no ventilation. Lights and AC were on some sort of timer that kept going off and couldnt be disabled. Not the standard im used to from a hyatt.”
