“Great hotel and amazing staff”

“Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues.”

“I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. With the window open, you will hear the sounds of the nearby river, which helped me sleep. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was good. The bathroom had a shower (no tub),……

Unser Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Schloss ist in einem exzellenten Zustand – elegant, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Es fühlt sich wirklich an wie eine Reise in eine andere Zeit, ohne auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente……

“J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. ”
