“Perfect location from Downtown.”

“Rented three different rooms. The two non-suite rooms were small despite a Murphy bed. The floor was concrete. No carpet. The two smaller rooms had no closet just a towel rack below which was unpainted masonry board. Had to use a seven digit code 3 times to get thru the room and the elevator. No extra blanket. Nonresponsive thermostat control. I assume that people who gave this hotel a 10 do not know any better..”

“Very clean, quiet, cozy with every amenity imaginable for a 1 BR loft cabin. Kudos to Jamie for all her help and great conversations.I would highly recommend this cabin to any nature lover or outdoor person.Also seen 2 deer and 7 turkeys stroll thru the property.”

“The property was enjoyable and kitchen was well stocked with snacks and tea/coffee. The yards needed serviced (cut and some kind of weed control). The porches needed cleaned and some repair should be done.”

“This stay is way cooler than you can see in the pictures. We were visiting MTSU with our son and this place was perfect. After the long tour we came back and enjoyed the hot tub to relax. Everything was perfect!”

“Property touted full spice rack (no garlic) pans (only a few and in poor shape) charcoal supply for grill (wet due to being left outside) fire pit (no wood onsite). They supply the cheapest kitchen sponge and soap (had to watch dishes 3 times) so bring your own. Other than these minor issues, it was a cool place in a remote location, with full wrap around porch with comfortable patio furnishings FYI it's a tiny home. The shower drain is very slow beware so not to flood bathroom. Big loft area……

“We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by……
