“Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay……

“Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). In relation to eco-responsqbility , only towels on the bathroom floor might be changed. A sauna/ spa offer looks indispensible in our times for this level of accommodation.”
