「Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.」

「Breakfast is always amazing! The location of the hotel is convenient: We used the pool and would highly recommend resurfacing the tiles to have some grips. Even with my kiddo walking she fell a few times. The pool could use a good cleaning as well as the showers in the room. Our room smelled like dog and we found some items left from previous guests.」

「I felt like I got good overall value. Everything was fine, no issues. Would recommend if looking for a budget friendly stay in the Union Gap/Yakima, WA area.」

「Rented the hotel room and when I got there they have gave that room to someone else. Poor service would not recommend」

「Very nice breakfast.Very clean, pehaps too much as the cleaner/ laundry detergent made us sneeze and eyes puffy.Plenty of water pressure, but no grab bar in shower. Also, the toilet had running water in the tank.The price was great as it was off time- Sunday night. I would have to think twice about staying again because of the allergies issue. If you have no sensitivities a Great place to stay.」

「Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.」

「Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them.」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly. During checkin, the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, the kitchen stayed open to accommodate dinner for our large party after our girls’ softball games. The food was delicious, and the server, Bianca, was wonderful.」
