「We stayed for approximately a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very modern, very clean and quite new. The air conditioning was much appreciated as it was hot out during our stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and generally the apartment was very quiet. Someone did stay in the apartment above us one night and it was quite noisy keeping one of us awake into the early hours. They weren't excessively noisy but could hear the footsteps and general moving about easily. Communication...

「My daughter and I stayed here while she was attending a ballet intensive for the summer. It was exactly the space we needed, a two bedroom basement apartment. Listing said use of outdoor space but that wasn't available during our stay. Nice clean and spacious space in a quiet neighborhood.」
