“Good trip. We stayed there because of the indoor pool.... Which was closed while we were there. Then we got called several times in the middle of the night, by a ghost caller....hotel staff says they don't know why that happened. Really hope they get that ghost to stop prank calling”

“Parking right atbyour door. Friendly staff and easy acess to all the town has to offer. Clean room, heater worked(cold the night we stayed) and extra pillows were in the room. They did offer breakfast but we didn't try it. We had plans with other friends in town. ”

“We really enjoy the Bluegate Inn whenever we are in Shipshewana. The breakfast is excellent and everyone there is so helpful and friendly.”

“outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. ”

“The property had recently been hit by a tornado so the initial appearance was spokey. I wish Expedia had warned me of that. The room was clean and the bed was great but the shower wasn't working properly so while showering I didn't have much water pressure. Their were ants in the bathroom but as I said they were under construction. The pool was awesome! The exercise area was clean and equipment functioned great. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.”

“Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen.”
