"Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again ."

"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "Visitied over the 3 kings days. Excellent room, bed comfy. Enjoyed having fridge microwave and facilities to cook/eat comfortablely.. unfortunately we booked this as it said rooms were soundproof. I.e quiet. We understood there would be noise over the festivities but just didn't expect to hear so much of it when away from the main area and with windows/curtains shut. The noise of the hallway also echoes through the room. This is the only thing that let the hotel down. Maybe soundproof means something else.. but we struggled with the noise even thought we were on a high floor"
