Just outside downtown and little italy so taxi isn't too much. But just out of the way from being in the middle of that craziness of the city. On site parking for a fee. Standard prices. Would return without question. 」
「Staff are very friendly and helpful but one minor complaint about the wifi connection though. Wifi couldn't be connected to laptop and cell phone at the same time in my room which was a bit inconvenient. After all, it was a pleasant stay.」
「Overall stay was good wished the rooftop had a better view no view at all. The room was great the bedding was amazing The kitchen was fully equipped with pot and pans, dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer was great its a steam dryer so fyi dose take a while to dry and wash clothes. Order from the cloud 9 deli it was delicious! The staff was great super kind! I love that it had great access to public transportation! 」
「Great wonderful staff. Location is in the middle of Gaslamp District. Very convenient if your looking for a place to stay at the last minute. For those coming to Petco Park, I highly recommend, since it's knly 5 minutes walking.」

Good:
The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. The employee are well trained, very hospital. I'd like to thank David for his extraordinary services that makes me feel like at home. During my 3 days stay, he helped me several times of different issues, each time he is very polite, patient and solved my issues efficiently.
