"We had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou East Station by IHG. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s just a short walk from Hangzhou East Station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around the city incredibly easy. Despite being so close to a major transport hub, the hotel felt calm, safe, and well‑designed for travellers. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options each morning, from Chinese dishes to Western favourites, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Everything was well‑stocked and tasted great, making it a perfect start to the day. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The layout was thoughtful, the bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness exceeded expectations. It felt like a true retreat after long days of exploring Hangzhou. Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou."

From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask. Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. "The location is good but a bit walk to subway. They have a spacious room and clean. However the room a bit run down. The check in and check out went very smooth and they have drop off service to railway station! "
