"The best and most amazing hotel staff I have ever experienced. The hospitality and genuine care they showed us was unforgettable. During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown. Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected. Words cannot describe how incredible the staff truly were."

"I recently stayed at Hotel San Giuseppe in cernobbio. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted by Maurizio. Who made check in very easy. He also had a staff member help with the luggage, a nice touch after a long flight. The room was perfect. I had a terrace outside my bedroom, with an italian view. The room was immaculate. The room had everything i asked for safe, refrigerator a great shower. The rooms get cleaned every day. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was unforgettable. ❤️. The hotel is owned by a wonderful family. They are very helpful with transportation and places to see. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. A Very romantic setting. Great breakfast too. I would absolutely stay there again if im in Cernobbio again. "

"Immaculate property with the most amazing and communicative hosts, spectacular views and comfort all around. This unique property has 3 apartments that are spacious an unique with a blend of antiques and modern amenities. The outdoor spaces are all over and gathering with friends for afternoon cocktails and appetizers is wonderful. Jennifer and Nico are amazing hosts and the communication is 100%, from the initial booking thru departure. We’re were 9 in our group and we embraced the entire property. There are many steps so be aware but all is well lit and safe. This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in and highly recommend."

"What a Gem!! Pristine & comfortable!! We absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful little hotel in this quaint town right on Lake Como. Breakfast daily on the front stone terrace… dinner on the rear patio fantastic! The owners & staff were very friendly & accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend"

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay there again "
