"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"It was wonderful! Amazing view, nice and quiet and a really nice little place. They left us some nice little welcome gifts and had absolutely everything we could need! We cooked a full meal easily. The drive up is a bit crazy, but as long as you're confident you'll be fine. Parking was a bit complicated, but they sent a video that walked through every step and was perfect. After the first time it's super easy."

So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio.
