"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"The apartment was precisely what we needed, a nice area, close to the airport and with a feel of being part of an authentic Italian neighborhood. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and with all the amenities needed. The hosts were immensely helpful and attentive to our needs."

"We had a wonderful time - we had a group of 8 with parents and 20 something kids - so the three separate living spaces all connected worked really well for us. Only surprise was the hill to get up to the location with little taxi/uber etc service - so we got our steps in ! Also the hosts were extremely helpful with arranging cars etc to get around. The house is really beautiful and well equipped and the views were gorgeous!"

"The house is simply incredible! It has plenty of room, comfortable beds, very nice remodeled bathroom, great kitchen with everything you might need in it. But the view..... I cannot imagine a more beautiful view of Lake Como then from the balcony of this house! Waking up to this view for 3 mornings in a row was a true miracle!!! "We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly."

"It was wonderful! Amazing view, nice and quiet and a really nice little place. They left us some nice little welcome gifts and had absolutely everything we could need! We cooked a full meal easily. The drive up is a bit crazy, but as long as you're confident you'll be fine. Parking was a bit complicated, but they sent a video that walked through every step and was perfect. After the first time it's super easy."
