The location is fantastic. Rooms are very small but that’s fine if only there for a couple of days. Very convenient for the ferry to visit many different towns on the lake.

Great location on a lake and close to the boat dock where all the boats to Bellagio and Como stop. Breakfast is lovely, the restaurant downstairs is with a view of the lake, very romantic! The staff is very helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the water with several dining options, shops, cafe’s within a few steps. The building is beyond charming. Staff was so kind, attentive and gracious. Met our every need with a smile.

Stunning views

We had the most amazing 2 nights at Hotel Miralago, this is such a beautiful hotel in a great location, wonderful views. Hotel is on the older side but you don’t mind when the staff are so friendly and it fits in with the aesthetics of the lake! You wouldn’t want modern here! Breakfast daily was lovely.

Cute hotel overlooking the lake

The room was small but comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake which was the highlight of our stay. Bed and pillows were comfi too. But the best part was the people; very nice and attend. We had an electric vehicle which were given a parking adjacent to hotel and we just gave them the key and they will put it to charge. They printed our boarding passes for our return flight. They gave us recommendation where to eat good local food. We had a great time in our 2 nights stay.

Location location location our balcony view of lake como was outstanding. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very small my knees were under the sink to sit down. Tv did not work the whole time we were there they tried to fix it but only one channel. The staff more than makes up for any negatives. Parking is 600 yards away but secure

This is not a value for money option. You pay for a quite old facility with a poor quality interior. Though, the location is just superb, in the very heart of the resort with a lot of nice places and restaurants all around.

Four Stars? Well marble finishes in a tiny bathroom does not make a 4 star hotel! 'Double Room' they must have counted the balcoy in the SF! We literally could not pass each other at the foot of the bed *minus one Hallways - carpet smelled in all the hallways. Looked as old as me and I was born in 1961! *minus one Room carpet, almost as bad - *minus .5 Breakfast was nice, real eggs to orde, so *plus .5 At most 3 stars, but for $365 per night, way overpriced just to have a view of the lake!

One night was plenty

Except for the location which is right next to Lake Como, there is not much reason left to select this hotel. Old, very small rooms (once your suitcase is on the floor - and that’s where it will need to be - you’ll need to hop over it to reach the window), even smaller bathrooms (if you are taller than 1,85m you’ll have a hard time taking a shower). Our room was described as having a “balcony” which was a 30cm wide extension of the window, no room to sit. The carpet in our floor was showing its many decades of use; stains, smells and simply not a place I’d walk barefoot. I wish I could have anything positive to say about the room but I don’t. We paid for 2 nights as booked, but ended up staying only 1. The staff was friendly and the dinner was tasty.

Good hotel with lots of charm in a quiet area on the lake . Only negative is the check in staff they are not friendly at all and seem. It to like their job ! I guess they don’t understand they have jobs because of the guests who visit . I heard property was sold will be renovated in near future . Ladies at breakfast were great !
