"Great location. Within a short ride to train station. Walk 2 minutes to central plaza. Great views of ollataytambo ruins from our window and a quick 5 minute walk to the entrance. Fresh fruit and omelettes. Nice they also had an onsite restaurant but we didn’t get to try it"

"I booked this hotel based on ratings, and I’m so glad I did! The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is delicious, and includes made-to-order eggs, omelettes, or an assortment of meats, fruits, etc. The breakfast staff are top-notch. A huge highlight of the hotel is their rescue alpaca, Kiki. She is adorable and her personality shows through. There is always filtered water and teas available. I highly recommend this hotel and only wish we had more time to hang out and enjoy all of the amenities they offer - we were just too busy!"

"We are a family of four and this hotel offers family rooms. We had an excellent experience. The hotel is situated within Cusco’s historic district but a few blocks away from the main Plaza which we liked because it was within walking distance but also away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, coca mate tea, oxygen, etc. Also offers"

"Beautiful hotel in urubamba. The baby llamas were so adorable. Shout out to Rocky and the rest of the hotel staff. Hotel is 2hours outside of the hotel, so you have to plan for transportation if you want to do anything outside the hotel."

"I can’t say enough positive things about our stay! The staff from the reception desk, restaurant, and spa were all amazing! Breakfast was filling and great before adventure days in Sacred Vallley. We ate dinner at the restaurant each night and loved it. The property is beautiful and relaxing exceeding all my expectations! The staff answered all our questions and helped arrange transport services. We regretted not staying longer!"
