「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Hang gelegen! Mit wunderbaren Seeblick. Die Betten sin etwas hart gewesen, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und benutzbar. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. 「Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. 「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception.
