「Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.」

Se adaptaron super bien a nuestras necesidades de hora de entrada. El check out es 12h que en algunos hoteles es mucho mas pronto. Cama muy comoda, todo muy limpio y acojedor. Tienes que subir algunas escaleras pero nada grave. Todo muy bien a nivel calidad precio! 」

「Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not...

「Great modern apartment in old town next to Plaza de Espana. Easy walking everywhere. Tourist office is a few doors down. Great tapas bars close by.Only complaint is the shower has mildew and needs better cleaning!」
