「Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. 」

We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country」

「Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !」

「Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.」

「We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!」

「Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again.」

「da turiste io e la mia amica l'abbiamo trovato comodo ed economico, pulito, con camera indipendente e spaziosa. Proprietari gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire da subito come fossi a casa tua lasciandoti la chiave, tenendoti i bagagli custuditi anche dopo il check out e la possibilita' di ricaricare il telefono anche poco prima di partire proprio li in reception. Ah colazione abbondante con dolcetti tutti fatti a mano. 10 e lode」

「Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍」
