“An apartment on the top of a Bar & Pizzeria. Really hot in it. Apartment is in great shape bathroom was dirty we bought cleaning product and cleaned it! The host is kind of goofy. Public parking right accross and small walkable town within a block. Don’t stay longer than a night !”

“Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but……

“Unfortunately the cleanness of the rooms towels were disappoinment. Even thought this hotel were just recently opened. We expect the staff and service would be great however they were not so friendly or problem solvers.”

“The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. The “beach club” menu was very limited with a seafood salad, and a smoked salmon sandwich as 2 of……

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area with access to the private beach. Great location. Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. Apart from that the hotel is stunning and would definitely come back to stay again.”

“Belen at the front desk was amazing. Super responsive via what’s app ahead of our arrival to coordinate parking etc. helped us make dinner reservations and even had a take away breakfast arranged for us and delivered to our room when she learned we’d be leaving earlier than the included breakfast. “Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and……
