Walk or take a quick drive down to the beach at Las Cuevitas to enjoy this unspoiled beach. Walk the property and discover our seasonal waterfall and many walking paths through the lush jungle. Take a dip in our large pool overlooking the ocean or just lounge with your favorite book. Take a quick day trip to Chacala to enjoy fresh fish on the beach or to the weekly outdoor market in La Penita. Adults only during our high season November-March.

Vista Encantada, an Eco Development, is just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico. Away from the busy city, we are located off the beaten path but only 10 minutes to the highway. Th econdos are located in the heart of the development, each having unmatched ocean and jungle views.

Other things to note:
We are located 52 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit. From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, and restaurants are about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.
