"I booked this apartment so our big group of friends can hangout together while visiting Bangkok.. the host never made me feel secure about my booking . Were trying to make sure everything ran smoothly when we reached Bangkok from Phuket but I had no help .. we had two van transports to take us to the apartment but as soon as I got there I didn’t have a code to get in .. the drivers were doing their best to help us and one ot the neighbors too but since they didn’t know the host they couldn’t...

"The location was amazing, and the owner was very attentive. We did have a small issue with the washer not working, but the owner did wash our towels when we asked. Would highly recommend to stay here"
