“The condo we were assigned was beautiful. The washer and dryer came in handy since we are a family of five. It was a bit of a ways from the French Quarter but we made due. The internet on the other hand was very slow. I had to work while in New Orleans and had to use my phone for conference calls. It made things a bit challenging for 3 days. One note, pay for the parking in the parking garage. I don’t recommend trusting street parking, which isn’t free. ”

“The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.”
