“We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good……

“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the……

“not advertised properly and refused to give money back. told them i did not feel safe in there and they did not care!”

“The property was perfect location! We could walk to everything and we didn’t hear any city noise. The space was perfect, I liked the fact it was an apartment and not a traditional hotel. Great if you’re staying for more than a day or two.”

“The roadside rooms receive a lot of noise through out the night, and around 4am they start running some machine that doesn't help with sleep. There was a prank fire alarm at 4am one of the days. My dryer had issues and they didn't come to fix it for 4 days, not sure if it fixed still. The positive are clean facility, nice gym, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price for the location.”

“Good location, decent price, if I'm ever in the area again it's my first pick”

“This was the cutest and cleanest place I have ever stayed. I want to live in this little set up. I absolutely loved the whole place and the location was great to the Superdome. This was a 10/10 recommend to anyone coming into town. I was an easy walk to everywhere that you want to go. I felt safe with me and all my girls.”

“The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter. It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!”

“The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.”

“I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The……

“Beautiful house, very clean, friendly host! Area felt safe and very walkable. Highly recommend!”
