I like that it is a very clean and minimalist hotel with everything you need and not things that are a waste of space. Bedding was super comfy and the shower pressure was perfect!

Good location off the highway. On a busy street so a bit of noise but once in the room, all was good. Good breakfast and very clean hotel. would stay again.

The people on the other side of the wall were having a party a screaming out music at 0100. I called the front desk to complain. The party ended shortly after. Thank you. If you want to party like that, get a cabin in the woods. And who partys like that on a Tuesday night? I don’t get it

I I'm sorry to hear about the party on the other side of the hallway. I do know my auditor did take action immediately when this was brought to his attention. Again, I do apologize for the music.

Unlike this hotel. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and it’s just enough space. It’s close to where in need to be as well. They need to deep clean the showers.

This was my third time staying at the Tru and I enjoyed my stay as usual. It is very beautiful and comfortable and customer service is good. I was disappointed that the pool was not available this time as this is one of the reasons to book at this hotel.

Always a relief to stay at Tru because we know what to expect. Being asthmatic, it’s great to stay in a room without carpets that is always clean. We love the modern and sparse decor. The beds are comfy too.

Great choice for comfortable stay in Chambersburg.
The checkin and out were easy and quick. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat small but for my needs worked well. I didn’t like the desk as it was too low and unstable. The desk chair was too low as well. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom shower needs to be regrouted but was very clean as was the rest of the bathroom. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the lobby, halls and my room. Overall I was comfortable and will be back.

We we’re just doing an over night stay because we came to see family. This hotel was perfect. After a long day with family it was nice to come back to a clean, welcoming place. My daughter took full advantage of the indoor pool.

The Tru property was very nice and clean and staff was friendly. Easy to check in and out. It's located by a road, so may have some traffic noise.

We stayed for one night as a halfway point on our way to Maryland. We enjoyed our stay, and had a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel is clean and modern. Next time we will bring our Yorkie.

This was our first stay. Loved everything about it. Beautiful decor!. Clean charming hotel. Bedding so soft. Staff was very welcoming. They had a very nice breakfast. Coffee was delicious!. Great stay. Greeted by a friendly staff member working the desk. She set me up for free Hilton rewards. Every corner of the hotel was clean. Room was comfy and quiet. Pool was nice and open until 10. They have refreshments and snacks for purchase in the lobby. Really impressed. Needed more towels and within 5 minutes received them at the door. Definitely will stay at tru hotels again

Very clean, only reason im not doing 5 stars is due to the fact that i had to ask for towels and they did not come to restock our towles after staying 4 nights. Other then that, it was very clean, staff was friendly. Thank you!

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The 24 hour tea and water in the lobby was nice. There was a mini fridge but I was also under the impression there was a microwave, which there was not. I wouldn't call the heavily scented bath and body products in the shower or the cleaning products they used in the room "eco friendly". I'm allergic to fragrance and always expect some when I use a hotel room, but it smelled like they dumped a bottle of swiffer wet jet all over.

The room was very small. The floor was dirty after walking accross the floor to the shower there were dirty foot prints in the shower. When we asked at the front desk to have the floor cleaned the next morning, she initially said the room wasn't scheduled to be cleaned until day 3 or 4. I insisted they have it cleaned. I also asked for additional pillows at that time. The clerk wrote it down and we left for the day. When we returned that night there were no additional pillows, the desk clerk or duty brought them up.
