"The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...

"We were disappointed with Housekeeping. The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. "Secure hotel with gate parking. Rooms small and basic but clean and ideal for overnight stays. Breakfast was included, which was limited in choice but very good quality, so overall deal was great value. No EV charger was disappointing. Overall quite pleased."

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, in one of our rooms the shower was shockingly poor, the shower head could not be stabilised enough to allow a conventional shower to take place. That being said, we would stay here again."
