"When I booked my stay in January there were so many good reviews. I had high hopes. I checked in with my service dog, the front desk staff asked for paperwork (which is illegal), I informed him the ADA does not require any paperwork or certification which he insisted that he was given before. I let him know that this was fake and the issue wasn't pressed. Unfortunately, upon check-in I was given a room with no sheets on one bed, dirty sheets on the other and mouse poop everywhere. I was moved to a different room that had an overwhelming smell of smoke and mold, but it was clean-ish so I just let it be for a two night stay. The property itself was full of trash and there were people smoking in pretty much every room I passed. Breakfast was cold items only and dirty. "

"I had a really great experience staying here. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and easy. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and everything felt organized and taken care of. It was also very affordable, which made it an even better value for the quality of the stay. I also appreciated the small touches like the free bottled waters, which was a nice and thoughtful bonus. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with great staff, a clean environment, and good prices. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Room musty upon arrival stated They had Continental breakfast…they did not it was only stale coffee that had clearly sat out all day. When I said the room smelled the cashier offered to spray a spray. They then moved us and the room was slightly better but cold the heat did not really warm Up the room. The hot Water was a trickle I could only laugh and glad it was just two nights. I checked Out at 7 am absolutely over It. Upon check out he needed my id again after scanning it to check in and then had to run to the room to check out before returning my deposit. Would not recommend to my worst enemy "

"The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. "
