The place was okay overall. The location was nice, the space was a good size, and having a bakery in the lobby was a great perk. That said, the shower didn’t drain well at all, and the walls were a bit thin.

Room and property were ideal for our stay. It came with sufficient utensils/plates/etc to allow us to cook a meal one evening. Other than a non-functioning microwave which the staff was already aware of, the place was ideal.

This is a student apartment building with, it appears, a few “hotel rooms”. There was absolutely no noise from students but a fair amount of noise from the traffic on the street. Other than that it’s very new, very clean and has a little cafe/bakery on the first floor. Parking is provided.

Stayed here for one night. It's set up like a big efficiency apartment. It had a full-size washer, dryer, which my visiting college student daughter took advantage of to do a bunch of laundry. The cooking area is a galley-style kitchenette with a range and microwave plus a full size fridge. Parking was free and in a small lot right outside the building. ​Just a heads-up on two things: 1. ​It's pretty quiet most of the time, but there's a fire department nearby. So you will hear sirens occasionally during the night. ​2. The horizontal blinds let in a ton of light so if you're a sensitive sleeper, pack an eye mask. ​Overall, comfortable and loved having the full-sized appliances!

This was a great place to stay while visiting University of Illinois. Easy to get there, great cafe in the lobby. Clean quiet, pleasant. Nice to have laundry in my room.

Nice new space, awesome price for the very good new quality of the space. Only complaint is the rooms smell extremely strong of food spices from other rooms maybe, or our rooms themselves, we opened windows but that didn’t help it, the smell penetrated, our clothes all then reeked like strong spices smell.

This was a great place. I experienced only one hiccup where the lockbox code was mistyped to me so I had to stay outside for a bit of time at night trying different codes before I finally got it to open so I could retrieve my door key. Other than that, the studio room was new, clean, and perfect size.
