Airport shuttle was appreciated and worked well. Instructions were clear on how to access it from the terminal. Communication was good from the hotel about all their services. Staff was helpful. We had a few requests that they handled quickly.

Rooms nice but some sockets broken and upgrading required but nothing to complain about over all happy. Although being asked for €150 on arrival for a deposit without knowing this was a surprise. Might be good to prepare people for this added expense.

Stay was good. Kitchen was clean but not a big selection of food for British ppl. More suited for the European menu. My room was not cleaned in the 4 days I was there or fresh towels given. Maybe this is policy but everywhere I have stayed in the past this was just normal
