“Excellent location, facility and staff”

“There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.”

Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our……

“I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.”
