Strategic position hotel but average service

Good point: very strategic position in the middle of the airport, best solutions for taking a flight after a rest. Rooms are quite good. Bad points: No any relevant services: gym is open only from 9am, the floor of the room was dirty.

Extremely convenient and good value for those with a lengthy transit through PVG. Efficient check in, room was fine apart from a stale smoky smell that took about half a can of deodorant to mask!. The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was fantastic. Would use again.

The hotel is so close to the Shanghai airport. It needs only five minutes for access by walking.Very nice. No one has to worry about getting lost.

I booked south building, it is showed in my conformation, but the hotel in front desk told me its north building, not south, even I showed them my booking confirmation :-(

Good Location but house keeping can do much better. Lighting in the lifts is too dim and makes the place feel dark. Carpet in the communal area stinks so could do with a good clean up. Carpet in the room could also do with a clean up. A kettle without Coffee, Tea Bags or milk is useless. And finally that lengthy compensation list isn’t ideal for a small room.

Adequate for an overnight layover

The room was clean and the location was great for a 1am arrival for an overnight. Don’t expect a plush mattress…it is hard, but adequate to get a few hours sleep before your next flight. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt great the next morning. No breakfast is provided. I was in the north hotel. Apparently all the rooms there start with the number 6. The desk clerk did not explain this. My room was 6557. I went to the 6th floor, all the way to the end of the hall only to find out there was no 6557 on that floor. I thus had to drag my luggage back down to the reception desk and was told my room was on the 5th floor. Also, note that you have to go outside of the secure area and through baggage claim to get to the hotel. From baggage claim, you need to go up one level and follow the signs to the hotel down a long corridor. The elevators to the hotel will be inside columns in a sort of circular atrium area. Watch for the hotel sign on the columns. Be sure you make reservations in advance.

Great option for a long transit stopover. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great and reasonably priced. The metro m2 line allows easy access to Shanghai
