"This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. Clean with nice space, comes with shower and a bath tub, and they do clean your room on a daily basis.
