“Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!”

“很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。”

“Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history ”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Questo albergo è stato sicuramente una bella esperienza! Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dall’inizio. È diviso in due parti con una piccola stradina che lo collega al lungomare di Kalyves. Ha due piscine, due porzioni di spiaggia private, bar a bordo piscina e ristorante interno ed esterno con affaccio su un piccolo fiume che sfocia nel mare! Un’oasi di pace e relax! La struttura è ben organizzata ed offre anche la pensione completa che consiglio assolutamente. La sera trovate spettacoli per……
