Villa Venetiko is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Experience the allure of Crete from the comfort of this stunning villa "Venetiko", where style meets relaxation. Perfectly blending stylish design, comfort, and high-quality amenities, this 2-bedroom villa is ideal for couples and families seeking a cozy and memorable escape.


The villa is nestled in the village of "Chordaki," the final enclave of the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania. This tranquil area sets the stage for a truly relaxing holiday experience. Whether basking on the terrace, exploring the nearby stunning beach of "Seitan Limania", or delving into the rich history of the oldest monastery in Crete, the "Governetou Monastery," guests can immerse themselves in a plethora of activities, perfect for rejuvenation and quality time with loved ones.


The 120 m2 property spreads over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 guests if necessary (the additional guests can be accommodated in the seating area on the first floor).


Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air conditioned open plan living area which offers direct access to the pool area and consists of the living room, dining area and the kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a 55" HDTV with Netflix and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. Lastly there is a kitchen bar counter and chairs complemented by a charming coffee corner.



Lastly, one of the two bedrooms is on the ground floor.


- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with en-suite bathroom with a shower


The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, direct access to the pool and garden area.


First Floor (Attic):
The upper level features a relaxing seating area with a comfortable sofa, that can be converted to a single sofa bed


- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with en-suite bathroom with a shower


The bedroom also features a 42" HDTV, A/C, open closet, and a private balcony with a delightful sitting area with views.

The exterior of Villa Venetiko covers 380 m2 and offers a variety of facilities including:

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA



The villa is nestled in the village of Chordaki, the final enclave of the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania. Within the village, guests can enjoy two traditional coffee places (cafenios) where drinks, tapas, and souvlaki are available, adding a touch of local charm to their stay. For essential amenities, the villages of Kounoupidiana and Pithari are conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away.


The nearest beach is "Seitan Limania", offering unspoiled beauty with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking cliff-top views. Accessible via a scenic hike along an unpaved road, this picturesque spot promises an unforgettable seaside escape. For those seeking a more organized sandy beach experience, "Kalathas" beach lies approximately 10 km away. Additionally, "Marathi" (13 km) and "Stavros" (12.8 km) beaches offer popular alternatives for sun-soaked adventures.
Finally the city centre of Chania is about 18 km away.

Just perfect

Well, it was just the perfect vacation. We arrived late because of a cancelled flight in Athens and Nicky waited for us until late at night. The villa is immaculate and much better than we expected. Communication with the owners was friendly and very attentive. A place to go back, it's already on our agenda. Thanks a lot to the Venetikos.
