"Property was great and Mountain View was fantastic. Only downside was that housekeeping was very noisy, so don’t plan to sleep past 8am. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars"

"The location is fabulous very close to lions head gondola and very convenient walk to the vail bus system There is no heat control in the room and not enough blankets Also the breakfast needs more vegan options and less sugary pastries "

"Highly recommend Tivoli Lodge! Was our first stay & wont be our last. Our family of 4 had a great time! Perfect location between gondola one and lift 6. Walkable to everything and truly could not be happier! Big rooms, clean, ski storage, nice hot tub, cookies & coffee for apre skiing! They even helped me plan a little something extra for my husband’s birthday! "

"This was our sixth time staying at this hotel, and for the past six years, we’ve noticed a gradual decline in the quality of service. However, this year has been the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is completely understaffed, and the housekeeping service is appalling. They don’t even bother to replace the towels, tissue paper, or any other amenities in our rooms. The front desk staff is incredibly unfriendly and rude. I would never recommend this hotel or go back. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location, but the poor service makes it no longer worth the price. "
