Experience the ultimate in comfort and luxury in this stunning 2200 sq. ft. house in San Antonio Tlayacapan, Mexico. Located in the heart of the town, you're just steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape from the expansive outdoor living space, complete with an outdoor dining area and lounge seating.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed home with modern furnishings, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a 70" smart TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size gas stove, double door fridge with ice maker, and filtered water faucet. Relax in the evening with a game on the living room TV, which comes with a video game stick featuring 20,000 of the best games.

The property also features a laundry, work studio, study, TV room, office, and lounge. Enjoy the convenience of wireless fiber internet and triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. Take advantage of the on-site amenities, including electric heating, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The house is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer, and newly installed tankless hot water on demand.

Explore the surrounding area on two brand-new high-end mountain bikes, provided exclusively for guests. The property is also just a short walk from the San Antonio square, the Carretera, and major bus routes. Parking is safe and secure, with street parking available right at the front door.
We have added a new 600sq/ft outdoor patio with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night on the roof top of the guest house.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!
