「Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The room had a little kitchenette with everything you could want in it , including washing up stuff. I’ve never seen such a big closets in a hotel. Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right on the Plaza de la Reina, which is near to just about anything you might want to walk to.. lovely...

「It's a modern design hotel, with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, fast wifi. Service is great, helpful. Free mini bar. There isn't gym, but in less than 5 min you have the big park for jog. It's even better sports outside with view to enjoy. Many restaurants by walking distance. Sight seeing also close by walk. A hotel must try, won't regret!」

「作为年过六旬的老人，这是我们第一次大胆尝试到国外自助游（注：在巴塞罗那和马德里有好友接应）。这家酒店是我们出国长途旅行中所住的第一家酒店，酒店位置就在陶瓷宫附近，从酒店到其他景点都十分方便，酒店的客房也非常干净整洁。最让我们印象深刻的是接待我们的女士十分活泼、友好和热情。面对我们语言不通的两位外国老人，她给予了十分的耐心和关照，主动给我们提供旅游地图，并帮我们在地图上找到去景点的路线。我们之间首次尝试了通过手机的谷歌语音翻译软件进行交流，当误操作出现了翻译上的笑话时，我们都非常开心......。离开酒店时，我们一起高兴的合了影。正是因为她的热情接待使我们对日后在西班牙的旅行和住宿建立了信心，也对西班牙的旅游环境充满了好感，在此我们非常感怀这第一次住宿的霍斯特霍娒酒店，和这位热情友好的女士！」

「We had a great 5 nights here. Service from everyone we came into contact we excellent and a big call out for Geyser who looked after us at breakfast each morning. Rooms well appointed, quiet and very comfortable beds. Good to have UK news channels on tv」

「Yes, there is a grocery store 3 min walk away. We got OJ squeezed right in front of our eyes. The full Kitchen was plus, loved the balcony to watch busy city. The instructions were easy. It’s literally next to the train station! 」
