“My family and I stayed at this hotel for six nights, occupying three rooms—one twin and two singles. I was in one of the single rooms and wanted to share both the positives and the problems we encountered to inform others. I would first like to commend a member of staff who served us breakfast on most mornings (he seemed to be off on the 18th). He was friendly and took the time to clearly explain the menu options. All the breakfasts were delicious. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment……

This was our first visit to Mexico CIty, and it was always a treat to return after a busy day in this huge (noisy) city to the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel. We loved the location and the tree-andplant-filled courtyard where we had breakfast every day.
