“We observed that the door was ajar and the bathroom facilities were not adequately maintained. Our group experienced delays, and instead of being accommodated together, we were separated. Furthermore, parking presented a challenge, particularly for vehicles with trailers. We were also disappointed to find Nescafe cups in the room without accompanying sugar, creamer, spoons, or straws. However, the most significant concern was the saline quality of the water.”

“The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely……

“El lugar es muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Recomiendo que si buscas estar a pass de distancia del area centrica este hotel no seria el ideal ya que si esta aproximadamente 35 a 40 minutos del Centro de Ensenada pero si ese no es un problema para ti lo recomiendo 100%”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Valle and our stay at Mexico en la Piel was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel is very well located, close to everything, secluded and away from the highway noise. We had breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and everything was delicious. We even had their dog Totopo follow us around the whole time, even on our morning walk (yes, there is a small trail that gets to a uphill lookout). We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few……
