「They have on here that there is a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms but we got our room and there was none. When we asked, they said it was only for the deluxe rooms, but on the description it says its in the room. The shower was filthy and the room was humid and it was right by the road so it was noisy all night. The beds were nice but dont expect much unless you get a deluxe room.」

「My family and I have been coming to Estero Beach almost every year during Semana Santa, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to stay in Ensenada. Since the pandemic, it has been a little less crowded, which has made the experience even more relaxing. This year we came after semana santa. The resort is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very family-friendly. We stayed in one of the Palenque rooms, and having direct access from the sliding door to the pool area was extremely convenient....

「The hotel room overall is good for the price, 3 blocks walking distance to the beach and Playa Hermosa skatepark. The room has: coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, mini fridge, stove, AC and 2 ceiling fans. The shower has a waterfall showerhead, nice hot water. The bathroom has hairdryer, Iron, ironing board, a safe, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs and a beach view. The bed was firm with two big pillows. The hotel staff was nice and the check-in...

「We have stayed here before but this time it was not the best. The bathroom and the shower didnt seem clean but I let that pass, no big deal but then when it came time to shower the water wasn't working and we did notify staff. It came back but the water would go from hot to cold. I was not happy at first but the breakfast was included with our stay and so the next day we did enjoy breakfast. No complaints the food was good but since we ordered an extra drink besides the coffee they charged...
