“We stayed for a week. The weather did not turn out as planned however Amanda was very helpful and keen to help and ensure things were okay. The trip was good and we all enjoyed our stay. ”

Andy and Lisa greeted us on arrival, showed us around and made it clear that they were always available if we needed something. Beds and chairs all very comfortable. Really nice property in an extremely peaceful location.”

“We had a lovely weeks stay in Hobogite. The place was clean, cute and comfortable. I cooked alot during our stay as digestive illness and intolerance makes eating out tricky, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had beautiful October sunshine most days, with some cold nights and mornings. We appreciated the welcome pack, the garden space, the many birds including green woodpeckers, the red squirrels, the wonderful stars, the olive tree, the lovely old stonework, the peaceful location and……

Christine is the perfect host in every way. Such a lovely tranquil place to relax and a beautiful area to explore. We cannot say enough good things about this property. “Zeer rustige omgeving. Ideale locatie voor mooie wandelingen. Het zwembad was enkel toegankelijk in juli en augustus voor een additionele kost. Dat staat niet vermeld op de website. Frédéric was een zeer vriendelijke host waar je altijd terecht kon en bezorgde ons een heerlijk aperitief en verse eitjes.”

“J'ai réservé ce cottage pour mon fils et ses 3 amis. Pat et Adrian ont été très réactifs pour répondre aux x questions que je leur ai posées avant le séjour. Les 4 garçons ont été accueillis très chaleureusement. Ils ont adoré le cottage et les divers aménagements dont la superbe piscine chauffée. Tout s'est très bien déroulé. Je recommande donc, de la part de mon fils, cette superbe location pour un séjour tranquille dans la campagne charentaise :+)”
