「Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. 「This was a great experience end to end. Sparkling clean, modern apt, all amenities, well stocked kitchen for utensils, storage, and pans. Management staff on site are awesome, immediate answers to questions and even accommodated them receiving a package that I had to connect to. Great spot, super convenient to a small plate restaurant downstairs that was dynamite...what's not to love??? 」

「Based on the detailed communication from the team, I wasn't expecting such a challenge finding our unit. It wasn't just me...our whole party of 4 was stumped for a few minutes! 「This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!」
