Beautiful and cozy. Exactly what we needed as far as comfort and space. Very clean except for roach and roach remnants in a bowl in cabinet. Very convenient due to the short walk to beach and pier as well as surrounding restaurants.

We had a girl's weekend at Folly Beach. The property was accurately described in the listing. The area where the property is located is in a busy section of Folly Beach and could be a bit noisy at times but is very conveniently located to the beach and to restaurants and shops.

This cute property is right on Center Street, perfect if you don’t mind late night noise. The beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious, but the kitchen is pretty small. We loved having our fur baby with us.

18 and 19 year olds really enjoyed proximity to Charleston. Beach is nice. Not quite as much to do on folly for 18-20 year olds. More families and 21+. Really enjoyed the apartment! Felt safe, quiet and easy to get to beach and Charleston.

Cute little apartment right downtown! This spot was perfect for us as we got to enjoy the upstairs porch and loved that it was enclosed with a gate. We loved our stay - the upper apartment was just right for my husband and two 20 something daughters. It is nice and clean and is centrally located in town to get to restaurants or go to the beach. We rented bikes from Matty that has his rentals located right in front of the place- he was great! We also went into Charleston to sightsee and the drive was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here - location was right in the heart of Folly and close to everything. Apartment was perfect for what we needed and the hosts were very accommodating. I family and I had a great time during our stay at this condo. My only criticism would be they need to clean their air vents and replace air filters. Everything else seemed to be pretty clean and there was good communication with the property manager. It was super close to the beach and right downtown. They were really cute for the trucks right outside location as well.
