Welcome to Mary Street! This furnished monthly rental is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in Charleston.

Once entering through the shared exterior entrance, you will head upstairs to your private entrance into unit B. You will walk into the open space with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook up a feast.

The dining area flows into the living space with lots of windows that allow for ample natural light. Beyond the living space is the private upstairs balcony.

The 3 bedrooms and full bathroom are opposite the living space down the hall. Each bedroom has windows for natural light and room darkening shades for relaxation and rest. Enjoy the ease of the step in shower in the full bathroom.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
