The property located at 93.5 unit A & B The Manor is a beautiful two-story new construction home providing all the comforts of home combined with stylish furnishings and an amazing location.

Unit A is the first-floor unit with an open concept living, dining, kitchen, and laundry. Just off the living area there is a king bedroom with private ensuite. Located to the right of the living area there are two additional bedrooms with private ensuites.

Wedding weekend

Rented for my daughter’s weddding. Wedding was at a venue in King Street. Everything was weighing walking distance with great bars, shopping and restaurants in the area. Great location, amenity’s and comfort. Highly recommend!

Great property! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, quiet enclave of homes off the street with private outdoor patio space for relaxing after a full day of fun in Charleston. Very walkable to King Street shopping, restaurants and charming historical neighborhoods. Five star find for our group of ladies who came for the famed Charleston Tennis Open!

This house was perfect for our family to enjoy a southern wedding! Immaculately clean! Well supplied. Easy check in and great communication with management team. We rented both floors of the house for 3 children and 7 adults. Spacious bedrooms and each with a beautiful, modern bathroom. Open living room/ kitchen with plenty of light. Very close to many restaurants. Walking distance to King St.
