This hotel had a musty smell. They gave towels that left fuzz all over me (I was covered head to toe). Bed not comfortable. Room is small. Shower leaks floors were sticky. Overall gross one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed.

We have been staying at this Best Western for years. The new management is working hard to upgrade the rooms, and it's paying off. Our room was clean, and the new shower was awesome! The front desk staff always had warm cookies on hand. We will be back!

We were in Cahsrleston for thanksgiving day, the staf at the hotel were very nice and frienly, Danny was very special and so helpful he recommends us a fantastic restaurant near by the food was delicious. Angela the lady incharge of the breakfast is fantastic, at breakfast time everything was perfect and so good. Highly recommended, rooms were nice and clean.
