Graduation Weekend

Brookhaven was the perfect home base for our son’s college graduation weekend. The location is walkable to King Street shops and restaurants and convenient to everything Charleston has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group to gather together and everyone really appreciated the well appointed en-suite bedrooms/bathroom. We will definitely be returning!

Really great house!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway trip; the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of pillows, towels and blankets and everything we needed. We walked nearly everywhere so the location was great and the host was SO helpful and replied quickly to all of our questions. My only suggestion would be to have someplace to put clothes in the rooms and toiletries in the bathrooms that didn't have vanities; the sound machines were helpful at night when it was a bit noisy also but really it was a great house and we would come back!

Birthday Getaway

The home was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was welcoming and warm. Gave everyone a bit of privacy but with the great room we had time to fellowship as a whole group. The colors were warm and inviting.

Great Place!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house is cute, clean, well stocked, and a good location. Walkable to King Street and the action, or a 5 min. drive. Cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Made our trip!

We had a group of 11 people who came from various places around the country to meet in Charleston to celebrate my birthday. This house was everything! So clean, beautiful, accommodating all in a great neighborhood! We loved that every room had its own bathroom; this made getting ready as a group so much easier. Loved this place and location to many area attractions and activities. Didn’t want to leave!

Spacious and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious (and the bedrooms spread out), the management company was very responsive to any inquiry and the neighborhood has a lot of great shops/restaurants. The road noise on Cannon is noticeable during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night (I have stayed in other homes closer to King in the past and it would get pretty noisy at night).

Andrew Goudelock Hall of Fame Induction

We were in this location for my son-in-law’s Hall of Fame induction. It was a great location not very far from College of Charleston in downtown Charleston. Great food surrounding the area as well.

Girls weekend in Charleston

We enjoyed our visit to Charleston and loved this home. It was beautifully updated, clean and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to a few different restaurants and shopping, or quick uber drives to a variety of activities. This was a wonderful home for a larger group. We would highly recommend this property!

Girls trip!

Girlfriend Adventure

Perfect for the 6 of us. Loved the luxury of each having our own bedroom and private bath. The home was impeccably clean and well furnished. Well located and walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Highly recommend the Bag Valet service especially when you have the entire day from checkout till your flight. Loved Charleston!

Beautiful House

House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint we had was that two of the bedrooms didn’t have closets, dressers or even hooks on the wall. Tough to live out of a suitcase for a week.

Exceeds expectations!

My family and I work in construction and we absolutely loved this property. Everything was above average! The only annoying part was that there was construction on the street all week and the house directly next door started construction work at 7am each day. The smaller downstairs bedroom facing the street and the bedroom above it heard every single thing all night long. But it comes with the territory. Walking to King St. was a breeze and the location is walkable to numerous boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was amazing. A great vacation!

Perfect off site work retreat

My team and I chose this place to stay so that each member would have their own private bedroom and bathroom, with collective work space in the outdoor porch and open space living area. It was perfect! Quick access to so many restaurants, we did an escape room close by, and even did a sailboat charter. All was well within walking distance or at most a quick Uber ride. The house is well appointed with linens, soaps, plenty of items like spices and other random needs like cooking spray, sugar, and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommend!
