Chic Modern Condo in Historic Charleston

  • After a busy day of adventure in the city, it`s nice to come home to a modern apartment decorated in calming neutral tones. Kick back on a couch and catch a movie on TV. Relax under a hot shower and get a good night`s sleep between crisp bed sheets.

    The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

    INCLUDED IN EACH STAY:

    -Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Lotion, Mouth wash)

    You will have access to the entire apartment!

    I`m around if you need me, but give guests complete privacy. Feel free to contact me with any questions - our goal is to make your stay as great as it possibly can be!

    The apartment is in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood where the streets are dotted with restored homes, boutiques, vintage shops, and bakeries. Trendy eateries, and bars for craft beer and cocktails are in the area.

    Charleston is best seen by foot or bike but if you have any other transportation needs, the following are who we recommend:

    Charleston Rickshaw
    Green Taxi

    Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. $10 Daily street parking passes may also be available. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of great food options very close by. Booking and checking was easy, parking available behind the unit. Getting to the historic district is easy, we walked some days and took the dash bus/trolley other days, bus stops close by. I would stay here again.

This place was perfect for a weekend in Charleston. It’s in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to King Street, spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy. There is a small bodega across the street where you can get beverages and snacks. Coffee shops and restaurants close by.
