Best beach and pool ever

Had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates etcMight need some spring cleaning Mainly baseboards. Remote controls sticky and dirty. Need urgent cleaning .Beds very comfortable. Overall, we would come again.

Stay at Oceanfront Villa - Folly Beach

Our stay in Folly Beach over New Year's weekend was amazing! The property was perfect in all aspects, close to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and within walking distance of everything. We'll definitely return for another stay!

Folly Beach

Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen is well supplied for preparing any type of meal. The beds were very comfortable and the lanai area was great for enjoying good conversations and the beach views. We had a great week!

Wonderful!

We just loved our stay in your Condo. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was high quality and perfect for 6 adults; whether we were having dinner, sitting on the deck or just sitting around the TV. All beds were super comfortable, too!

Restful Thanksgiving

Glad we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son...who is serving in the Navy close by. This condo was in the perfect location, on the beach and walking to town with welcoming shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for us and a new kitchen, which made cooking very easy. Can't wait to return!

College grad getaway

Our youngest daughter just graduated from college and to celebrate we booked a trip o folly beach. The condo was great. Six adults had more than enough space to be comfortable. The location was ideal, right on the beach with easy access to all activities down town. We also went into Charleston twice and it is an easy ride to and from. We had a great time and would definitely go back

We love Folly Beach!

Second year on James Island for a soccer tournament. Our Villa was excellent, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. We had a problem logging on to the internet with the provided password. We just used our phones as hot spots.

June29th- July 6 Visit

We found “ Sunset on the Rox” to be extremely clean, even more so than past experiences in various beach homes selected from other realtors. This co do is located in the heart of most of the restaurants in Center Street, making easy to walk to. We found correspondence with the realty to be very quick and efficient. We loved our visit and hated to leave. We will definitely be back!

Would go again

The weather was colder than normal for this time of year and windy, but we had fun. The unit was as described and we didnt need anything. Everything was clean and worked. Easy access to the beach and pool from this unit. Island Hopper Boat Charters was great fun. We had a little difficulty with the parking pass as it is the same as the pool pass and we did not know that.

Nice condo poor management

The location was great, the condo was nice. The only bad was caring around key fobs in order to park, go to beach, or get in pool. Ac would not go below 71 without a special code. Each tv had four remotes. The first date getting ahold of property management was good but as the days went on, I had to leave messages with no return call or was told to go to supply closet between to rooms and none there. Dunes would text me about my stay or when I was checking out but never once responded to my text to them. Parking passes expired on Saturday even though we stayed till Monday but know one could help with these until Sunday.

Fun Times at Folly

Our condo was clean and nicely furnished. Thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of seating/table and excellent beachfront views. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. There is only one fob to access beach and parking lot. We were a party of four and could not freely come and go.

Nice Place, Great Location

Nice getaway with friends. Traveling with 2 other couples. Condo was spacious and we did not feel cramped with 6 adults. Plus everyone had their own bathroom. Excellent location, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, bars in Folly. Only negative, was 1 elevator for the condos… and it got a little busy with everyone checking out at the same time. Luckily this unit was on the first floor with easy access to the stairs.
