House was perfect for our family of 5! Great kids bunk room and plenty of room for the grandparents. Would highly recommend. We also rented a golf cart which was very helpful with getting back and forth to the beach with all of our gear and the grandparents.

The Location is in a very quiet area and a manageable walk to the beach. We had 3 families staying in one house and there was plenty of room! Kids loved the upstairs area for just them. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here with 5 of friends/family for my sister's bachelorette and it was the perfect place for us! Beds were super comfy, the house was clean and cozy, and it was the perfect distance from town + the beach. Would 100% rent again.

We had a great stay at this Folly Beach house. It was big, clean, and the management team was super helpful. Everything was as described and the house was perfect for our group of 11 (with ages ranging from 8 months to 75!). The only thing I would say is that the WiFi was spotty throughout the house, but other than that I would highly recommend.

The Beach House is perfect! All 11 of us really enjoyed our stay. We loved Berts, the Beach, and the Old South Carriage House Tour. Rodney Scott's BBQ! We created new memories for our family!
